Jeff & Trish met at the University of Oklahoma in 1986. They married in 1990 and have a daughter named Carley who has been in the gym since she was 3 weeks old. They have 32 years combined coaching experience, and have taught from Mom & Tot classes all the way up to the optional competitive level. They have coached many Sectional, State, Regional & National Champions. Jeff & Trish began coaching at Mat Trotters in 1992 and became gym owner in July of 2001.

Jeff was recruited for gymnastics by several colleges: University of Nebraska, West Pointe, Kent State, Slippery Rock & Dartmouth. He attended the University of Oklahoma as a member of the men's gymnastics program.
He was a State, Regional & National competitor from 1981 - 1987. He received the Outstanding Gymnast Award in 1986. Jeff was also an All State gymnast from 1983 - 1986. He served as a State Senate Page & was also in the Oklahoma Boy's State Delegate in 1985.
Jeff was born in Tulsa, Ok & started gymnastics at the age of 13.
Trish received a full scholarship in gymnastics to attend Oklahoma State University. In 1986 OSU dropped their gymnastics program & Trish was quickly picked up by the University of Oklahoma. She was all Big 8 on vault in 1986. Trish was featured on a gymnastics national poster (a copy of that poster is hanging in the gym... Can you find it?).
Trish was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico and lived there for 8 years. She started gymnastics in Texas at the age of 8. She received her Bachelors Degree in 1986.
