Our Level 4's come 3 days a week for 3 hours.
Our Level 5's come 4 days a week for 4 hours each day. Our Level 6's come 5 days a week for 4 hours each day.
Our Optional group comes 5 days a week for 4 hours each day. This level requires more time & commitment from the gymnast.

Compulsory Levels 4, 5 & 6: These levels are the beginning competitive levels. Local, sectional & State competitions are conducted by USA Gymnastics for these levels. In order to advance to the next level, the gymnast should pass with 75% proficiency at each event.
Levels 7 - 10: Level 7 is the entry level for Optional competition. The emphasis on this level is execution, artistic performance, and development of basic optional skills.
Level 8 is the first level in which the gymnast must develop an individual Optional exercise in each of the four events. This level is designed to provide the gymnast with a competitive opportunity in which the emphasis is on good execution & presentation.
Levels 9 & 10 provide a competitive opportunity for the Intermediate & Advanced Jr. Olympic athlete.
