Our goal at Mat Trotters Gymnastics is to develop each individual's gymnastic potential in a safe, yet enjoyable atmosphere. We want our athletes to achive the mental and physical discipline needed for competition within a framework of positive reinforcement and encouragement; to become more self-motivated; to be positive and to have goals. Learning to be comfortable in a competitive situation is a positive experience and adds to a child's develpment. We like to have fun but also be competitive. We are here to achieve their gymnastics dreams. The success of our team depends on the working relationship and communication that we develop between the parent, coach and gymnast.

We follow the guidelines and are members of the USAG, the governing body of the sport in the USA. Mat Trotters has had many Individual, Team, Sectional, State, Regional & National Champions.
